If you have ever enjoyed the smell of a flower, you have had an aromatic experience of essential oils. Essential oils are the natural aromatic compounds found in various parts of plants. These oils can be found the the leaves, petals, roots, stem, bark, seeds, and other parts of the plants.
They are 50-70 times more powerful than herbs. When using essential oils it is important to remember they are highly concentrated and a little goes a long way.

Some people are calling them a "fad" while others have been using them for years. Essential oils have been around for many years and thankfully aren't going anywhere.
